Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how SynLign handles personal information when you join a project conversation as a participant or member.

Data we process. Email address used to sign in; name and role you provide; conversation transcript; extracted requirements, values, concerns, and related statements; consent record (version and timestamp); optional post-submit note.

Purpose. To run the stakeholder conversation, produce a shared project picture for the organizing team, and support decisions on the project.

Attribution. The Begin screen states the attribution mode for that project. Role-attributed mode stores your name with responses, shows your role on shared views, and lets the project admin see which responses are yours. We do not claim anonymity beyond that statement.

Processors. Hosting, authentication, email delivery, and AI gateway providers process data on SynLign's behalf under contract.

Retention. Data remains for the life of the project record unless the organizing customer or applicable law requires earlier deletion. Contact ops@synlign.com for requests.

Public bodies. Where the customer is subject to public-records obligations, those rules may require disclosure.
